Not-for-Profit Certificate Management Program
The program is designed to support existing or aspiring Executive Directors of not-for-profit organizations, their staff, and board members. This is a continuing education program that covers fundamental management skills in eight core modules. Topics of study include Non Profit Management, Human Resource Management, Mission & Planning, Governance, Legal Issues, Board Partnerships, Staff Partnerships, Financial Management, Fund Development, and Community Relations and Marketing. Class will meet two Fridays of each month from October through May. Participants, who complete the series of all 8 modules (96 total hours), as well as an evaluation through a final project, will graduate from this program and receive a Not-for-Profit Management Certificate. A partial scholarship is available - call for details.
